  Worst customer service in the history of Publix. The cashier and bagger couldn't break from their personal conversation about moving to greet a customer at check out. This isn't based off of one visit. I've visited here for years and unfortunately, it hasn't gotten better. The majority of the workers here have a total lack of friendliness towards anyone. There are a select few that are outstanding (produce, deli, and meat departments). The cashier's and baggers are another story. Sad, considering Publix prides them selves on a friendly family like environment.

  Always a great experience especially the deli.......SONIA is always pleasant and greets us with a big smile.....she should be a trainer ...maybe she is?......
