  This transaction was smooth as silk. The driver picking up the vehicle was so pleasant to deal with. I was not around for this but I had my mother wait and she dealt with the driver, it was explained to him that the truck was my fathers and he passed away a little over a year ago. After the paper work was taken care of he respectfully told my mother that she may not want to watch him load the truck. I did email the company letting them know how polite and respectful this man was. If there were more people like this driver the world would be a MUCH better place.
